Shipping
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Custom and personalized items
may take more time create and an estimated delivery time is noted in
the product pages. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an approximate
ship
date. Also please note that because many of our products ship
directly from the artisans to you, orders with multiple items may be
shipped in separate packages.
International Shipping
At this time we ship only to the US, Australia and to Canada. Orders shipped to Canada will be sent via USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat rate of $12.95. Orders shipped to Australia will be sent via USPS Global Priority Mail for a flat rate of $14.95. If you wish to have an order shipped to any other country, please contact us directly to place your order.
Payment Options
Emmie Kate accepts MasterCard, Visa and PayPal payments only. All transactions are immediately
processed at the time your order is placed.
Sales Tax
A sales tax rate of 6.80% will be applied to all orders shipped within
the state of Utah.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Emmie Kate
would be happy to accept a return up to 14 days after you receive the
item.
Please email service@emmiekate.com for
a return authorization number. Items must be returned in new, unused
condition, and be in original
packaging. Returns must be post marked within 14 days of your receipt
of the item(s).
Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
*Please note: Personalized and
custom items may not be returned unless defective. Personalized items
include any product that has custom engraving, stamping or photo jewelry.
If you receive a personalized or custom piece that arrived damaged, please contact us immediately and we will work with the artisan on a replacement.
Safety/CPSIA Compliance
At Emmie Kate, our main concern is the safety of our customers. Baby and children’s jewelry is only intended for use under adult supervision, and all sterling silver children’s jewelry sold by Emmie Kate is CPSIA compliant. The CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) sets federal standards for how much lead can be contained in any item for children, including jewelry. On Aug. 14, 2009, the limit on how much lead can be contained in children’s jewelry was set at 300 ppm (or 0.03 percent).
Packaging
Each piece of Emmie Kate Sterling Silver jewelry is packaged
in an
elegant organza pouch and includes care instructions.
In addition to
the organza pouch, the jewelry is also placed
in an air-tight plastic bag to help
prevent tarnishing.
Gift Wrap
Gift
wrap is available for all of our Emmie Kate jewelry for an additional
charge of $4.00 per item. The jewelry is placed in a silver linen box
with the Emmie Kate logo and tied with a silver bow. An Emmie Kate
gift
card is
included with a message of your choice. When the gift wrap
option is
selected, the receipt will be omitted from the package and
sent separately
to the billing address.
Care Instructions
Emmie
Kate Sterling Silver jewelry is best cleaned by wiping with a
silver
polishing cloth. You may add an Emmie Kate silver polishing
cloth to your order for $5.00. Other cleaners intended for use on
Sterling
Silver may also be used. To avoid tarnishing, please keep
your Emmie Kate
Sterling Silver jewelry in an air-tight bag when not
being
worn. Each piece of jewelry
comes in a plastic bag that can
be used for this purpose.
Privacy Policy
At Emmie Kate, we don't share your information with anyone. We truly
